| The rescue in June 2008... Volunteers Ashley and Lauren, with the help of some canned cat food, caught 15 kittens at a rundown house. The person who usually put food out for all the cats on the property was no longer able to. So, all the cats had to fend for themselves. The kittens were very hungry, which made catching them easier. Even though they were feral, when they heard cans opening many of them came running. Some of them proved to be more difficult than others. Their lives changed drastically the second either Ashley or Lauren had their hands on them. They found themselves with plenty of food to eat, veterinary care, and love. We worked hard on this rescue and have found all of them homes but three. Miss Chadwick and Sakari are very friendly girls and are waiting for that place to truly call home. |
| Miss Chadwick Tabby 3 years / Spayed Miss Chadwick is a very friendly girl. She loves any and all attention you can give her. She is very talkative, too. She will let you know when she wants attention, which is just about all the time. Chadwick gets along great with other cats and doesn't mind dogs at all. She will rub on the dogs that will let her. | Sakari Bombay mix 3 years / Spayed Sakari is a friendly girl and loves attention. She is also very talkative. She makes sure that you know she's there. Then, if you didn't already know she was, you will be expected to pet her. Sakari gets along great with other cats. She tends to avoid dogs but would be fine in a household with them. |
| Pumpkin DSH - Tabby 3 years / Spayed Pumpkin picked one of the best porches to sit on when she was a kitten. It was ours. She is a very busy and adventurous girl. She is good with other cats and doesn't mind dogs at all. In fact, she gets in dogs faces and rubs on them quite often. She is a very friendly girl and loves attention. Check out Pumpkin's Video! | Adult Cats All of our adult cats are spayed or neutered. They are up-to-date on vaccinations and have been FIV / FeLV tested. They are also current on their flea/tick prevention. The adoption fee for our cats is $125.00. The adoption fee is applied to the total cost of each cat's veterinary care and food. |
| Kittens Depending on the age of the kitten, they are as up-to-date on their vaccinations as they can be. They also have been FIV / FeLV tested. When you adopt a kitten you are required to get that kitten spayed or neutered around 6 months of age. The adoption fee for kittens is $125.00. However, after you get the kitten spayed or neutered and send us proof of spay/neuter we will send you $50.00 back. |

| Midnight Bombay mix 3 years / Spayed Midnight is a friendly girl and likes attention. Unlike her siblings she is a very quiet cat. She doesn't demand attention like some cats but she does enjoy it when she gets it. She likes to sleep with you, too. She is fine with other cats and dogs. |
| Owen Grey and White Domestic Shorthair 3 years / Neutered Owen can be a shy guy. He doesn't like high activity. When the house is pretty calm he comes out from his hiding spot and wants attention. | Precious Domestic Shorthair 1 year / Spayed Precious came to us because she had three newborn kittens. All but one of her kittens have found homes. She is a very friendly cat. She's talkative and is almost always looking to be pet. She is fine with other cats. She really doesn't like dogs but she would be ok in a household with them. |

She needs to go to a home with no other cats, Leukemia vaccinated cats or other Leukemia positive cats. She is a very active and busy kitten. She loves to be into everything. She is used to being around multiple dogs, so she does not scare easily. |
