| TUNDRA Dalmatian / German Shepherd 3 years / Spayed Tundra has been in our care since the end of 2008. Tundra is a special needs girl because she is deaf. Her "special need" is a family with patience. It may be obvious but the only difference between Tundra and dog that isn't deaf is that she will rely on sight instead of sound. If you can respect that and are willing to do things only slightly differently then you will have made a wonderful friend. She is fine with other dogs but she does need to go to a home without cats. Tundra needs to be leash walked or have a fenced yard. She is crate-trained and loads herself into the car even if it requires a big jump. After the initial excitement of getting her harness and leash on she walks well on a leash. She is a sweet girl and loves attention. She also loves to go for walks, so if you want a dog with energy Tundra is the girl for you. |

| Adult Dogs All of our adult dogs have been spayed or neutered. They are up-to-date on vaccinations and have been heartworm and lyme tested. They are also current on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. For most of our dogs the adoption fee is $200.00. In some cases, however, the adoption fee is raised. The adoption fee is applied to the total cost of each dog's veterinary care and food. The adoption fee is almost always less than the amount we actually spend on each dog. |
| Puppies Depending on the age of the puppy, they are as up-to-date on their vaccinations as they can be. When you adopt a puppy you are required to get that puppy spayed or neutered at 4-6 months of age. The adoption fee for puppies is $200.00. However, after you get the puppy spayed or neutered and send us proof of spay/neuter we will send you $50.00 back. |

| Keedo Shar Pei mix 4 Years / Spayed Keedo was returned to us after being in a home for several years. She can be a little shy at first, and she prefers to be around women. Keedo was very overweight when she came to us. However, she has lost 12 pounds and is looking good! She has done well with other dogs, but she does try to be an alpha. Keedo also does well with cats.
